macOS

Checking the latest version…

After downloading

Drag IAT.app to your Applications folder.
Open Terminal and run this once: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/IAT.app Without it macOS says the app is damaged. It is not — it is signed, but not with a paid Apple Developer ID, so anything downloaded gets quarantined.
Open it from Applications. There is no Dock icon — it lives in the menu bar.
Allow Screen Recording and Microphone when asked. macOS needs the app restarted after Screen Recording.

Windows

After downloading

Run IAT-Setup.exe.
Windows SmartScreen may warn about an unrecognised app. Choose More info then Run anyway.
Allow microphone access when asked.

What you need

macOS 14 or later, or Windows 10 version 2004 or later.
A few hundred megabytes for the speech model, which downloads once on first run. You can start before it finishes.
A BunnyBuddy account. Thirty minutes are free when you sign up.
