This explains what BunnyBuddy, a service of Ayanabha, collects, why, and who else it reaches. It covers both the macOS application and this website.

1. What we collect

2. What stays on your Mac

3. Who else sees your data

We use a small number of services to operate. Each receives only what it needs.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data otherwise only where required by law.

4. Contributing questions

With your consent, the text of questions you are asked may be kept to build a shared bank of interview questions that helps everyone using BunnyBuddy prepare.

5. How long we keep things

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

Write to support@bunnybuddy.co. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your sessions, questions and credit; we cannot restore them afterwards, and unused credit is not refunded on deletion you request.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Sign-in sessions are stored server-side and can be revoked. The database is readable only by the account that runs the service, backups are taken daily and are access-restricted, and we never store card details.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, write to us immediately.

8. Children

BunnyBuddy is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. A change that materially affects how we use data already collected will be notified by email.

10. Contact

Privacy questions and requests: support@bunnybuddy.co. Postal address and grievance officer on the contact page.
