Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BunnyBuddy, a service operated by Ayanabha, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam registered). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Ayanabha, and “you” means the person using the service.
By creating an account or making a purchase you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What BunnyBuddy is
BunnyBuddy is a macOS application and an accompanying web service. The application reads a question — from your screen, from audio on your machine, or typed by you — sends it to our service, and displays an answer produced by a large language model.
The website also publishes free learning material: data structures and algorithms solutions, reference sheets, and courses. That material is free to read and requires no account.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of that Google account.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your account or your credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
3. Credit and unlimited plans
Two things are sold, and they behave differently.

| Hourly credit | You buy a number of hours. Credit is consumed only while a session is running — not while you read an answer, and not while you prepare. Credit does not expire. |
| Unlimited | You buy a period of time. While it runs, sessions do not consume credit. Buying again before it ends extends the period rather than replacing it. |
If you hold both, the unlimited plan applies and your credit is not touched. Nothing renews automatically. Every purchase is a single payment for a single plan, and we never store a mandate to charge you again.
4. Prices
Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made — what you paid for is what you receive.
Discount codes and offers are applied by our service at the time of purchase, and their terms are shown alongside them.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using BunnyBuddy in a way that complies with the rules, policies and agreements that apply to you — including those of any organisation, examination, certification body or employer whose process you are taking part in.
Many organisations restrict the use of assistance during an assessment. Whether the way you use BunnyBuddy is permitted in your particular situation is your responsibility to determine, not ours. We do not represent that any specific use is permitted by any third party.
You must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the service to others as your own;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- attempt to circumvent metering, credit, payment, or access controls;
- submit content you have no right to submit.
6. Answers are generated, not verified
Answers are produced by a large language model. They may be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial or engineering advice, and they are not verified by us. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties — model providers, hosting, payment processing — and may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
A session that cannot be answered is not charged for. If answering fails part way through a session, the session ends and you are charged only for the time that worked. See the refund policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy).
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to harm the service or other users, or where we are required to do so by law. Where an account is closed for a breach, unused credit is not refunded. Where we close an account for our own convenience and you have not breached these terms, we will refund unused credit.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of employment, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you, for any claim, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, it will not apply to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
